As President and CEO of B3 Group, Inc., Dwight Hunt provides the company’s vision and strategic oversight of its growth. His singular mission focus is in leading the company and its team of talented professionals to deliver excellence in health IT services to both government and enterprise customers.

Prior to joining B3 Group in 2011, Mr. Hunt had a distinguished 20-year career with the U.S. Army, serving in a wide range of Acquisition positions, including Program Management and operational assignments and achieved DAWIA Level III certifications in the fields of Information Technology, Science and Technology Management, and Program Management. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy and a M.S. in Information Systems Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.

As B3 Group’s Chief Operating Officer and Founder, Mr. Palmer has strategic oversight of the company’s operations and go-to-market strategy. Over the last ten years, Mr. Palmer has led a variety of functions for B3 Group to better enable the growth and maturation of the company and he currently leads all Sales and Capture. Mr. Palmer is PMP Certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI), holds a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University and a M.Ed. from Clemson University in Higher Education Administration.

Brad Palmer

As CTO, Mr. Greaves provides leadership over B3 Group’s technology capabilities and is responsible for aligning technology-related decisions with organizational goals and client needs.  Mr. Greaves studied Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park and brings to the company over 20 years of entrepreneurial, technical, business management and federal government experience, including federal Heath IT. He is a PMI certified PMP, as well as an experienced Agile practitioner and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

As Director of Sales, Mr. Cordaro is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales planning for B3 Group, with direct report to the VP of Sales. In this role, Mr. Cordaro handles sales management functions while operating as a key liaison to customers and partners to advance the company’s long-term business development prospects. Mr. Cordaro holds a B.A. from the University of Central Florida.

As Director of Finance, James Hoffman is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of B3 Group, including auditing, taxation, financial reporting, and payroll. In his current role, Mr. Hoffman provides extensive cross-functional leadership to the organization in improving processes and operations to achieve short and long-term financial objectives. He holds a B.S. from George Mason University in Business Management and Administration, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by the State of Virginia.

As Director of Contracts for B3 Group, Ms. Tuil is responsible for all contracts and subcontracts for the government and private sector. Ms. Tuil ensures compliance with contract requirements, develops and maintains financial management control systems, and works with B3 Group’s project managers to create and manage budgets. Ms. Tuil also maintains the company’s Sam.gov, federal and GSA listings and oversees reporting on the company’s status and contracting activities. Ms. Tuil earned a B.S. in Business Information Technology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, as well as an MBA from Georgetown University.

As Director of Quality and Delivery Optimization for B3 Group, Ms. Meadows is responsible for driving quality and process efficiencies throughout B3 Group. She has over 10 years of experience in business operations, focusing on business management, program management, quality management, relationship management and leadership. Ms. Meadows works closely with B3 customers, partners and employees to address and resolve quality issues. Additionally, she supports the company’s operation by leading projects and maintaining its quality certifications. Ms. Meadows holds a B.A. from Capella University in Business Administration and Management and is Leading SAFe Agile 4.0 certified.

As Director of Human Resources at B3 Group, Ms. Coyne is responsible for talent acquisition, employee lifecycle processing, performance management, professional development, employee relations, policies and compliance, and benefits. She holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification with the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). In addition, she carries a Society of Human Resources Management Professional Certification (SHRM-CP). Ms. Coyne holds a B.A. from Saint Mary’s College, as well as a M.P.A. from Troy University.

Mr. Handa is responsible for leading and executing the delivery for B3 Group projects. His role also extends to Sales and Capture activities, enabling him to leverage more than 17 years of professional experience in federal consulting. Mr. Handa holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems, and is a Certified Chief Information Security Officer, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, and Certified Information Security Manager.

Akhil Handa

Mr. Stockman leads the execution of delivery on B3 Group projects. With more than 15 years of experience working at Big 4 consulting firms, providing leadership for PMO, finance, and advisory services. Mr. Stockman also support sales and capture activities for B3 Group. Mr. Stockman holds a B.B.A. in Economics from James Madison University, as well as a MBA from George Mason University.

Brent Stockman

Mr. Hensley leads the execution of delivery on B3 Group projects. He has over 15 years of experience in supporting projects for federal and commercial clients, with a focus on IT and development. He also supports sales and capture activities for B3 Group. Mr. Hensley holds a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University, and is also a Certified Scrum Master with additional training and background in Scaled Agile Framework.

Ms. Byler-Sarazin leads the execution of delivery on B3 Group projects. She has over 20 years of experience in supporting projects for federal and commercial clients, with a focus on PMO, Capital Planning, and Financial support services. Ms. Byler-Sarazin holds a B.A. in Latin and B.S. in Economics, both from Ohio State University. She is also PMP certified and Capital Planning Professional Certified.

Mr. Garvey leads the execution of delivery on B3 Group projects. He has over 15 years of experience in supporting projects for federal and commercial clients, with a focus on Health IT, Mobile and PMO. Mr. Garvey also supports sales and capture activities for B3 Group. Mr. Garvey is PMP certified and holds a B.A. from New College of California, a MBA from Touro Graduate School of Business, and a J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law.
