Dwight Hunt
President & CEO

Mr. Hunt joined B3 in 2011 to serve as the President and Chief Executive Officer. He had a distinguished twenty year career with the U.S. Army and served in a wide variety of Acquisition positions including Program Management and operational assignments.

He has achieved DAWIA Level III certifications in the career fields of Information Technology, Science and Technology Management, and Program Management. While on active duty he served as the Assistant Systems Manager, Field Artillery Tactical Data Systems; Assistant Product Manager, Unit of Action Lethality Systems’ Integration; Systems Manager, Rapid Prototyping Facility; Assistant Product Manager, Electromagnetic Gun; Senior Evaluation Officer, Enhanced-Infantry Brigade Combat Team; and Department of the Army Systems Coordinator, Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Additionally, Dwight was the U.S. Army Materiel Command-Field Assistance in Science and Technology Team Leader (Iraq). He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy, and a M.S. in Information Systems Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Brad Palmer
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Palmer was one of the founders of B3 group in 2008. After several years of consulting in the private sector, serving several public and federal clients, Mr. Palmer sought to create an organization which would enable him and other like minded professionals, to serve as trusted partners and advisors for their clients. The spirit of being an industry leader through servant leadership in IT laid the foundation for B3 Group.

Over the last ten years, Mr. Palmer has worked with the Department of Labor (DOL), the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Freddie Mac, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) , and the Department of Veteran’s Affairs (DVA). Mr. Palmer is PMP Certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI), holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University, as well as an MEd from Clemson University in Higher Education Administration.
